If you bought a phantom, you don't have access to the account anymore unless the owner gives you the new password and allows you to log in.
So if it got locked I would need to contact the owner and get the new password so I could continue playing?
As I said in the PM (and for anyone else. Getting the password again would make the account a locked spot, not a phantom.

The account owner is under no obligation to do this, so don't be surprised if you get turned down. There's a lot of risk involved with giving someone access to the account like that.
I still see a lot of people selling PS4 phantoms. I really hope you're being 100% clear and thorough with anyone you're selling to. Saying something like "At your own risk" isn't enough. If you're going to sell a phantom, you're responsible for telling the buyer exactly what the risks are when they purchase it.

So my Bloodborne phantom finally locked up. For those that are interested, here are the events of my misfortune. I got my phantom of Bloodborne on it's release day. It was the only phantom on my system at the time. Everything normal through first month, playing Bloodborne exclusively. After about a month, I was playing only once a week, mainly just curious to see if it still worked. I was online throughout this time. Last week I felt the urge to play some games on my PS3 backlog. I use the same power cord and hdmi cable for my PS4 and PS3, so this required my PS4 to be completely unplugged. Two days ago I made the switch back to PS4 and there I saw the dreaded lock symbol. Not that it mattered, but spotify was not installed on my system lol.

Where have you heard about an update patch for offline play? Is this a thing?
Think he means he just wants to be sure he has the release patch downloaded before the phantom is made, because after the phantom is done he'll leave the system disconnected from the internet so wouldn't be able to download the patch after.

Witcher is a little more hard core than dragon age. No parties... You actually have to make your own potions.. Collect your own stuff and you can bang almost any female with cleavage who you do a quest for.
