I don't know if others are encountering this problem, but RCN is my ISP and they currently have a routing issue that is causing CAG to not be accessible. This has been happening on and off for a couple of weeks and I have traced the particular server causing the problem, but who knows when they will do something about it. For now the only way to reliably access CAG is through a proxy such as anonymouse.org
