CAG16 + Powerup 10% not stacking on Gamestop.com. Anyone else have this problem?

It used to work like a charm (even though I had to return at least 2/3 of the games I received due to disc damage) but it never stacks any more, and hasn't for about a week now. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong (logged into the site, says the 10% discount/cag16 is applied, etc., but only the latter is actually applied).

EDIT: Here's a screenshot - tried adding different games, of different times/systems. No dice.

I suppose it's not going to kill me, since I've gotten most of what I wanted already, but thanks for any help/input, guys.

I just stick with whatever is the current Buy 2, Get 1 Free code (FEB2G1) and the 10% edge (seems like you don't even have to use SAVER to get the free shipping); I can never get those other stacks to work.
 
You might want to try clearing your cache/cookies, OP. Then try it again. Or try a different browser.

As for SAVER not applying, it applies automatically anymore to orders OVER $20-25 or so BEFORE any codes apply. Not sure if it's $20 or $25 before it applies anymore though.

No luck, but I appreciate that you're trying to help, at least. :)

Well, as I said, I had horrible luck with my discs being unplayable (every single Gamecube disc I'd receive from their site would have circular scratches on top of the discs, which is a bit scary), and I always ended up having to return/replace 'em at local shops (which earned me the ire of more than a few employees, since most of 'em don't seem to know what they're doing, and I'd usually end up getting a refund of a higher amount than what I paid online).

It was starting to get to be more trouble than it was worth. Guess I'm going to stick to Amazon and random flea markets for my older-gen goods.

I was curious about this because I'd actually like to get a few games via B2G1 but the PowerUp wouldn't stack as soon as I made the mistake of linking the Rewards account with the GameStop.com account. Lame.

The original Edge card was cool because the 10% was stackable with EVERYTHING. If they've taken that away in the PowerUps program then I'm going to demand a refund (I just renewed a few days ago.) since it's BS to remove the main benefit of the card (i.e. an eternal discount that works with any other promotion on used items.) without informing me that the feature is no longer available. I don't pay for the magazine, I pay for the damn discount. :bomb:
 
So you're saying that I went wrong when I linked my accounts? That sounds about right - it stopped stacking around that time. Sigh.
 
Has anyone tried adjusting an order with customer service?
Is stacking broken or is the new powerups program really an awful, awful "discount"
 
I'm willing to bet it was disabled in a panic move when the b2g1 deal started, since FEB2G1, Power Up, CAG16 and SAVER were all stacking, resulting in some killer deals.

I also just noticed that SAVER is no longer valid.

I was never given an option to link the accounts, and the powerup 10% is no longer discounting for me on CAG16 (or FEB2G1). Is there a way to unlink? Or do I need to create a new account?

freeshipping had been automatic for used purchases above $24, no need to input saver, but now that seems to be gone as well
(is automatic free value shipping gone for old edge users as well?)
in it's place, there is the coupon code "vship" for free value shipping of orders above $24, and it stacks with the powerup 10%, but it does not stack with the cag16
 
I'm really hoping GS changes it back because they would honestly be losing quite a bit of customers (at least most of who knew of the codes). That or perhaps they should have actual weekly deals like other retail stores have. >_>
