Cag16 = ?

Okay, I know CAG16 is generally used for orders over $50. They have to be new and such.

Now, what are qualifying items for this? I stuck 2 new $50 games in my cart, and it says I'm not eligable for the CAG16 promotion.

Any help would be appreciated.
