CAGcast #67: Touching (Yourself) is Good

Awesome CAGCast guys! This episode was the first one that Mrs. DaPhatty sat with me and listened to from beginning to end. She found the show quite entertaining and LOL'd at the Wombat Masturbation segment. She even went so far as to suggest an explanation for Wombat's masturbation mandate, "Maybe he needs to practice using 'IT' so he can use 'IT' more often?"

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

EDIT: As for the Karaoke segments... Please make it stop! If I wanted to listen to excruciating sounds I'd run my fingernails against a chalkboard!

So, are you saying you're not a CAG or that you don't wanna have fun? :D
Are you nuts? I loved this show. The singing had me laughing my ass off. And I also love it when they do the show on the fly with minimal planning. It makes the humor more real and spontanious. If I wanted scripted, i'd watch X-play.

Great show guys. And with that, I must ask...

...would it kill you to do two shows a week? I mean that's what, 2 hours out of your entire week? Come onnnnnnnn!
I listened to it again and it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't as good as CAGcasts usually are. It doesn't need to be scripted, but organized enough so that Cheapy and Wombat don't completely forget to do an entire segment. It seems like they're almost too concerned about staying around 80 minutes and cutting content in the process, even while making the show, to really make sure they're including everything they can in each show.

The comment about Chinese Water Torture was great though.

Yeah, it was pretty bad that we forgot to do the new releases. I just completely forgot to put it on the outline.

I think the next step for the CAGcast is to be able to broadcast a live show and take live calls (via skype). I'm trying to figure out a way to make this happen without costing an arm and a leg. If anyone has any solid knowledge on this subject, please drop me a line.

That would be pretty cool if you can work out the details, like maybe a way to tie the CAGchat, skype, and however you record the show.

Having chats after the CAGcasts before were great, though you guys stopped doing that after a few weeks (I'm guessing Wombat's job interferes a little).

this may have been said before, but I think the show would be better if you dont rush yourselfs to get thru all the news & topics you have to talk about. why does it need to be only 80 minutes? extend the show to 2 hours and take your time. and if dont have 2 hours worth of material, go as long as you got something to talk about.

just my 2 cents. keep up the good work!
