Glad to see you guys are willing to play it again. With a big conference game like that...and since the connection issue seemed to be on Blade's end, that seems fair. It's so nice when everybody is reasonable. Makes my job easy, lol. :)
 
well cool i am, is a no show so far but i hope he ends up showing up tonight sometime

Edit: when i asked him when he wanted to play he said 7 eastern so i figured that ment hed be online or atleast around to play but when he sent that message i sent back ok i will be on at 6:15 central 7:15 eastern. its not 840 central 940 eastern and no pm. also to note i more than likely wont be able to play tommrow and he knows that as well as i messaged him all the times i would be about to play from tonight till friday

Rams vs is set for 7pm est tomorrow. Hoping to get a practice in late tonight or right before the game. No idea what this team is about!

And i wasn't claiming anything about my team being the best. I was pointing out peoples flawed opinion on why they don't think the Bears are as good as their record. We beat who we beat like everyone else.

Browns and Cowboys tried to play twice last night. Both times his connection crapped out. Once in the first quarter and another right before the half. Hoping to get it done tonight.
 
Me and Chetty are planning on 3central tomorrow.

Also I will be out of town friday saturday and sunday I will be back in monday. I am ok with an autopilot. It's not like I can do much this season anyways. Lol
 
The Giants will be active traders in the offsseason, shopping Tuck and/or Umenyoria, Kiwanuka, Shaun Rogers, David Diehl and a few others. Mostly looking for draft picks.
 
Had to chance to mess with the Rams a bit today. Like Gp mentioned, practice wasn't available but I had a bunch of XP to play with. So between that and the depth charts, that kept me busy. First game going down in 30 mins.
 
Does the Lions owner actively post here much? I am trying to get a hold of him to schedule our game.

I am in the process of moving a bunch of items into my mancave and the xbox is not currently hooked up, or I would try to send him an xbox message. Hopefully I can get a hold of him on here tonight, or it may not be until tomorrow when I can send a message on live. I have an infant to watch and prefer not to make a ruckus moving the tv and such when shes trying to sleep.
 
Chargers lose to the Broncos 24-7. Just an awful game for me...I couldn't get anything going on offense. It looked to be a good defensive battle. I scored early getting a pick and taking it back but that would be the only points for me. I was able to do decent on defense for a while but he was able to adjust and get some good passes and score. I had two fumbles, and one or maybe 2 picks..it could've been more but its Madden so they dropped them even though it was right in there hands. My receiver's could not get open to save there life..his corners were stuck on my guys like glue. I had Ryan Mathews back from injury but I couldn't establish my running game. I need to start putting in some more time to get better like I was in the beginning. GG DarkRider.
 
cool i am, wont be making it on time to our game hes stuck at work i tried to message him back but before i could he got offline while i was sending it to him so im not sure if we will get it in tonight or not im on a tight schedule so im not sure if i will be around later or not
 
Just had a nail biting game with Pitfall. It was a great game, 49ers come out on top 27-17. There was still a little lag for some of the game, not sure if it was necessarily on my end this time as I played a game a few hours earlier against Matt Young in the other league with no problems. A pick 6 at the end of the game sealed it for him. I think this is the first time I beat Pitfall, last year he always destroyed me with the Packers.

it was a good game. first we lost connection in the first game it was 7-7 in the start of the 2nd so we decided to just replay it. he only ran once with luck for 14 yards i think if he would of mixed it up a little it would of been a diff game. Once again defence won me the game.

Joe Haden and Kyle Arrington each have 11 INT for the season now and are both in the race for MVP thats crazy even though i know at this pace no one is taking it from Chris Johnson.

I always have fun playing against you, but it feels like we're playing the lag as much as we're playing each other. Our ISPs just hate each other or something. :lol:

The lag this game was manageable at least, so I can openly admit I lost to you, not a bad connection. Good game, man.

Ya in all honesty I think the lag helped you this time. I ended up pulling so many defenders off cause of it. For example that Forte 80 yd touchdown run to start the game.
 
I just saw Chetty messaged me on xbox at 4pm. Saying he can't play at 6 cause he doesn't have enough time to fit the game in. Our game is at 3 Idk how he doesn't have enough time.
 
I could potentially have the first overall pick. I am looking to bring some big names to buffalo and get this franchise started. Send me some pms ;)

I received a game invite from you at 5:40 yesterday. I thought you wanted to play our game then, so I was letting you know I couldn't because I had a game scheduled at 6. I'm still fine playing our game today at the scheduled time.

Edit: and honestly it would of just been easier for you to send me a message to clarify what I mentioned instead of leaving that in the thread where I might not have seen it.

Good game to you too. I wasn't really able to get my offense rolling like I wanted, but got a couple of good passes and runs to get the points.

Broncos keep rolling, on a four win streak!
 
The Rams barely won their first game with Kurt Warner at the helm. I think I had an average of 1 yard per carry and I ran it somewhere around 15-20 times. Thanks SJax! Bradford was a bit better in limited action, but it was really my defense that allowed me to put up any points at all. Strip sack for a TD and then a bobbled punt return, which set me up for a short TD. Those were my highlights. GG again, stepano Z.

Wow, Kurt Warner unretires in the online franchise as well?
What kind of contract did the game assign him if you dont mind me asking? Im not being shady, juts intrigued is all.
 
Haha yeah, he's not actually in the game or anything. I just couldn't really think of anything funny or anything else related to the Rams, so I decided to make him my coach. He plans to help with Bradford's development... :)

I didn't even know I send you a game invite. I think maybe I clicked joined the lobby to check my playbooks and left and accidently did it. I guess thats were I got confused with you saying I coudn't play. My bad
 
Anyway Cowboys could be set to computer? We tried to play two nights ago and he dropped out twice(bad router). He wasn't around last night. Not sure if he's gonna be around tonight and we're being advanced tomorrow. Not too mention I don't think the router problem is fixed. With his track record(missed his last two games I think), I was hoping I would actually be able to play my game, even if its against the computer.

Yes my router went out and last night there was a nor'easter and I couldn't get online. So no do not place me on computer. I will be available to play 11EST. I get out of work at 1030 so for some people its more difficult to get in games with me.
 
I live a mile away from BallinHun, don't allow him to use this "Nor'Easter" as an excuse.

I was ready last night. I was also ready the night before me where we tried twice to play but both times his router messed up. I get up for work at 6 AM, I'd rather not spend another night staying up late to accommodate him again. Since I worked around his availability twice now, maybe he should try to work around my available times? Or at least let me play the computer since it was his router that crapped up, and he's the one that can't play until 11PM on a weeknight.

This is now the third week in a row you've had problems finding a game time with your opponent. I've played all of my games with no problems.
 
I'm sorry guys but I'm out. This is turning into more of a high school league than a gentlemen's league. Too much finger pointing, overbalanced stress for me. I appreciate being added to the league but would like to respectfully retire. This truly has become more of a hassle and a grind than the enjoyable, gentlemanly, fantasy football like experience that I was expecting. Thanks again and good luck to everyone else the rest of the season.

And agreed with pitfall, this league specifically said don't pull that crap, sign up one and done. Just like the BS you posted "hopefully I'll be back in a season or two" in the other league, I hope you get blacklisted at this point. You seem like a nice guy and all, but thats just obnoxious to pull this. There is no high school anything in this league. My guess is most of us are all young professionals at this point, and we just want to play football. If you can't handle the smack talk just do as you said and leave. We don't need people waivering on the fence about playing, we have enough people interested as it is.
