I actually like this idea. I would just be apprehensive about how the game handles it. I'm also not sure how receptive people would be to switching teams if they were fired. But I do think it would be cool if 2 people got fired and they switched teams for the next season. Although, that would raise the issue of a coach's style not fitting with his new team. Just seems like a lot of potential issues there.

Another question would be if the game would allow you to be "re-hired" by the same team. Say, for instance, if only one coach was fired...it would suck if he was forced to retire just so he could get his team back. Ultimately, like I said, I wouldn't want people losing their progress unless it's by choice. Just seems like that would discourage people from wanting to continue.

Again, let's not post team choices in the thread if it's not your turn. I appreciate people being ready and on top of things. But I don't want people to feel any weirdness if the team they want is one someone it hoping for later. You're welcome to PM me your choices though so when it is your turn, we can keep things moving.

Nah, the way he was talking last night when he was on live, he sounded like he was going to take a crappy team and rebuild it if he didn't get Gb or Tenn. My guess talking to him last night is Tampa.

Yes i'll take Miami. Interesting to see everyone seems to be going with rebuilding teams more than the good ones. Really thought Baltimore would be gone right away.

Yeah the big moves I can think of I've seen done. Ex-benson to gb and Chad cut from the dolphins. Honestly, unless a big move happens I vote we play with these rosters. It'd give you control of the team at the beginning of training camp and you'd be able to make your own cuts down to 53 instead of being stuck in what they do in real life.

Awesome...my Madden download corrupted somehow. It's not listed in my active downloads anymore, but it's not in my game list either. And when I look for it on my hard drive, it shows up with the exclamation point and says "incomplete file". fucking great.

I PM'd HydroX, so hopefully he's able to get in here soon. He was on CAG earlier today. Not sure why he wouldn't have seen this thread, but hopefully we'll be moving along again soon.

Yeah Chad Johnson is a free agent, merriman as well. I did notice the early release still isn't keeping track of assisted tackles, hopefully a early patch for that.
