still trying to decide if I want to go out to see a line of people standing in the rain just to come out empty handed lol hopefully I'll get some pics of this if anyone is in line
 
I was just at Best Buy with about 60 people, and the best buy is getting 70 360's in. Went over to Walmart and there was 2 people waiting and they are getting a total of 14 in.

Might check back in the morning and will take some pics if I can still end up getting a unit.

people are lining up in front of Toyrus (around 6) and Target(around 20) here (San Mateo,CA) around 9 pm pst. Target will get 16 core and 16 Premium.. It is pretty chilly outside and both will not sell it until tomorrow at 8 am or 9.

Well look at the bright side, depending how populated your city is, you probably won't have to wait outside for 8 hours as the line outside is probably well beyond how many systems they have in stock.
 
I don't have a camera, but I pre-order from GS anyway. So I can just walk in and get mine. I doubt I'll see too many people there.

My buddy was hanging out the passenger-side window snapping photos. We heard a few guys shout, "Hey! He's taking pictures!" It was fun. I probably won't get in on the launch action, but I may drive around early tomorrow morning and see how the lines are looking...

I hope all camping CAGs are keeping warm. It won't get below 40 degrees in Fresno, but I'm sure quite a few of you are freezing in other regions.

I drove past the Hawthorne BB on the 405 and I could see the line of people. A Coworker said 200+ people had already shown up by 7pm. Crazy
 
in the past my area of MA isn't big on the geeky events of system launches, star movies etc....but i was at best buy at 7:30 tonight and there was a line of 120 people, vying for 50 units..the 24 hour walmart had about 30 or so people at 8am monday morning

My walmart had 14 systems, 2 pro-12core, good luck with that. (Also the fact I was on the list for 9 hours, and still sat in 15th place, with any luck to get a core, which I didnt want.
 
My EB opened at 8.. walked in at 8:30. Asked for my preorder. He said "Hang on, i'll get it out of the back." Comes out ten seconds later with my premium pack. He put it in a bag. And I left.

INSANE!

But I got an "11/22/05 EBGames XBox 360 launch" bracelet.
 
I drive by a BB everynight on my way home. Lastnight at 4pm, there was a line that wrapped AROUND THE BUILDING.

I was gunna see if I could snag one at opening from a small BB near work, but I got there half an hour before they opened and the people inline told me they handed out the tickets 15 minutes ago. They said some people were selling theirs... But fuck that.

What a coincidence, I was at the Riverpark area around that time. I had to pick up my friend from Target who just clocked out around 8-ish. We were both staring in disbelief as to how many people were there.
 
I didn't realize there was so many Fresno CAGs. I was at every single spot you took a picture. At the Target in Riverpark I showed up in line and a Target employee started counting up to 24 people. I was number 24 so I could a premium, then some douche goes "Oh yeah, I forgot I have 2 more friends coming later." So what does that mean? This guy lets his 2 friends cut and I'm number 26. (No one was getting premiums.)

Here's some pictures from the XBOX 360 camp out in San Diego.

Chula Vista Best Buy to be exact... camped out at 2 PM on the 21st... until 9 AM the next day. Ended up taking slots 3-12 with my friends. We even set up a Tekken 5 tournament on the side lol.

After the crazy 360 launch what time do you think people will start getting in line for the PS3?? The lines will be so long and so early people will think it's a line for a new Star Wars movie! lol :roll:
