That looks to be the same import version they just had on sale for $33 or so a few days ago. . .when is this going to be on sale for $30? CC continues to fail me.
 
Already have it for 360, but I'd be willing to also pick up the PC version for the different experience using keyboard/mouse + better graphics on my new system if the price drops to around $25...did the same thing with Bioshock and Orange Box.
 
The only difference that I know of is keyboard/mouse controls (my preference) and better graphics, provided your computer is up to it.
 
Also there is the MOD community on PC will enables you to get much better looking skins and more realistic textures/models. MY brother hooked me up with a GRAW looking skin for my soldiers and a couple addons for the weapons.

Think SMOD for half-life 2. Also more multiplayer maps due to people being able to make them.
