In other news, woah. I'm watching the idiot play Eternal Sonata on the TV.. Just beatiful. I ALSO played Dead Rising last night. I got that game for my birthday.. when he bought me my xbox360. I couldn't play it because it just looked awful. Now, I can enjoy it AAAND I can read the text! What a fun game, but god damn what a pain in the ass it is with those lack of save points :whistle2:(

Do you date one of those older 'straight' men who keep young twinks and buy them things, and just spoil them overall?

Do I detect a hint of jealousy?

I want to know the secrets of buying tons of games without having a job.

I love video games but I don't know about being some old guy's boytoy.

 No! I'm with a 29 year old sissy. He bought me my 360 (+ Dead Rising) for my birthday in 06. We have only been together for nearly a year and I guess still wanted to impress me. That, and I asked for it 7-12x a day.

Well I WAS working at that time! It wasn't until last April where my job closed down because of no monies they were making. For the majority of 2007, I was intense with the freebie sites. So many Wii/Xbox points. I mean, so far I'm up to 13 games on YourFree360games. That's not including Gaminglagoon, VideoGameLagoon, PrizeRebel, Points2Shop, etc.

I do collect unemployment, but I'm def not spending any (or MUCH) on games. I'll buy a game when it's a really good DOTD..and when does that happen? I think the last $50 game I bought was Mario Party 8, back in May when it came out.

What happened to GamingLagoon, anyway? You used to rep. that shit hard, lilboo.

You've been unemployed since April! Get a job!

I got bored with it, but I still use it. Because the referral points still come in.
Look at my stats on GL

Total Referral Points Earned: 380.79
Total Users Referred: 275

1 point is $1. So that's $380.79 I made in just referral points. That's a lot of fuckin Wii/Xbox points  But I also got 2 black controllers, 2 years of XBL, the universal remote, etc from that site.

Not quite.
I was looking for a while, and no matter where I applied I never got a call back. When I would call, the position was always filled.
I did eventually find a job in OCTOBER (Ugh). But that didn't work out so hot because no one liked me and they made it their job to see that I was uncomfortable there.

Believe me, as fun as it is to be the happy house wife all day long (and it is! I do get joy out of cooking & cleaning  ) This shit is boring and I can't WAIT to get a job. Plus the extra income will do wonders for us :D

Sweet victory.

Played GHIII online on the Wii with a friend of mine. Won the first one 3-0, and won the second one 3-2 after losing the first two.

Did you ever get the replacement disc?
Did you ever get the replacement disc?
fuck that shit, you have to send your own game back first. I'll do it once I get GHIII on the 360, so I can list that it's the newer version on my eBay auction.

I also need to figure out a way to say that I'm not taking returns if the whammy bar gets fucked up in the mail, but "sold as is" sounds bad in an auction.

I can finally watch my HD programming with my new processor. My old one would always make the audio and video fall out of sync because it couldn't handle it. =/

Maybe I'll start Planet Earth next.

Planet Earth is fantastic. Very interesting.

Bit-HDTV has it in WMV format, so I watched it on my 360. Looks great.

So, what can I convince some of you to sign up under this website for an Elite? :bouncy:
I just need 9 good people, 'tis all!

I'll buy you a Wii VC game or pay for your offer :D

All of mine are in mkv ($$$), so I'll either watch them on my computer or convert them. Probably the first.

Talk soup is just awesome. Even on an off week it's pretty good. This week they Wolf guest cameo from American Gladiator. They've been riding him for the past month since the show started. "I'm gonna sit in my car and cry for awhile."
Why do you need more than one racket, Mox?
In matches, if you break a string and you have no backup racket, you have to forfeit the match.

Also, I like to try out different strings at once so 2 rackets are better than 1. I'm anticipating a couple sets of new string in the next few days. :)

Makes sense.

My next question was going to be about the need for different string tensions (use newtons!).
Do different tensions make that much of a difference?

Where has this newfound interest in tennis come from?

Either way, a higher tension (more lbs) means a stiffer bed of strings. For higher tension, you'll get more control and a crisper feeling when you hit the ball (less takeback when the ball hits the bed). The negative side is that a higher tension means a higher chance to break / less longevity. Lower tension equals more powerful shots and more durability.

I think he wants to challenge you. My money's on you to kick his ass.
You also need to bring an extra vagina when you play tennis. In case your first one breaks.
Oh waah. Temporary thinks he needs football to make him look like a man, though his 1 inch unit clearly longs for a real sport.

Just curious.

Lower tension --> more powerful shots doesn't make sense to me though. You'd lose more momentum with a less elastic collision, no?
See, this is why i refuse to use myspace. Also why i find it hard to believe when i hear of professionals using it to network.
Exploiting idiots is a pretty easy way to make money. Why would you be surprised that professionals use it?

Wouldn't less tension have a more elastic collision? With higher tension it bounces off the strings quicker than a lower tension, yes?
