okokok now I'm wondering..this is totally free right? I was watching the preview for the basketball game and it said "start your free trial now" and was wondering want that meant and if it applied to the football one too?
 
I think you only have to pay for the cell phone version. Web version is free.

I was just a random winner for quarter 3 of the Brown's game. I was also in the lead for the fourth quarter with like 6 minutes left but it lost the connection somehow and wouldn't reconnect for around 5 mins. even though it is a hardwired connection. I can't really complain though since it's free and it's pretty fun.
 
I would have probably won the 4th quarter of the Browns game and the entire game if the connection wouldn't have cut out because I missed at least 5 plays and only lost by 500.
 
Well I won again during a Cowboys game.. again in the 1st quarter.

I was ahead in the 2nd quarter of the Titans/Bucs game, but I lost it on the next to last play.

So.. I've had one heck of a day so far. Won three quarters in one of the early games (my friend actually won the other one.. he beat me by around 200), then I managed to win another quarter in the afternoon. +$100!
 
played first game today (Packers vs. Broncos) was in 1st during the 4th quarter til the final play of over time, lost by 5pts :cry:.
 
Has to be nationally televised, and as they've said, it can take upto 12pm PST .. I only got 1 of 2 of my wins yesterday.

So I'm guessing that games that say "Local Broadcast" don't count? Will I still get Airplay points though?
 
I was wondering if any prizes(random or skill) had been posted from either of the games tonight (Oct31)? I came in 1st overal in the Dallas game and 2nd overall in the Denver game. I dont think I get a prize for first overall only if I win 1 quarter, which I didnt. Wondering about the random prize though. I guess ill wait till tomorrow and check at noon.
 
Getting frustrated with the random prize winner. I mean I know for a fact I am not going to win every quarter of every game, but its cool that they give away a random winner in basketball also. I have played every possible game since the start of the season which is like 6 or 8 games and I havent touched a random prize yet. Granted there are like 30 people in every quarter of every game, but still the odds of winning just 1 over that amount of time I woudl think is good. I guess the odds reset though in every quarter. Just bummed that I play the game and usually am 1 of the top 3 scorers and never win random. Tila Tequila is fcking hot.
 
Theres probably more than 30 people, I know in the football games there were generally 120-150 people in one quarter, so chances are you won't win a random.
 
fcking bllsht. Just outplayed 47 other people in nbalive and with like a minute left my plus 1 player subs out and im up by 4 points. So while im switching the plus 1 player to Jason Terry from Dallas some other guy had him at plus 1 the whole time and he gets an assist and then her gets fouled. Great so I get it switched and then within 5 seconds of it switching her makes a free-throw and im thinking okay +2 wrong only gives me +1 and the other dude fcking passes me. Great so with like 30 seconds Jason Terry fcks me over. FCKING BLSUTHI*T
 
won 3rd quarter skill in tonights Heat Spurs game! I finally won something after coming in 3rd or 4th every quarter in football!:lol:
 
Great, Just took the lead in the quarter with about 30 seconds left and with 2 seconds left in the quarter my team made a bad pass and the other guys team stole the game. FCking bullshit!!!!! 2 fucking seconds im gonna fucking rip his head off!@
 
Hey I signed up about a week ago and I've played quite a few b-ball games but for some reason it still says I have 1,000 points. Why doesnt it increase at all?

Nvm it just updated 44,000 points :)
 
nice haul! i'm just not that good at call the play or the NBA realtime, but have still made about $125 any tips?
 
Won $50 so far after about 2 months on this site....both for the bball game. $25 skill and $25 random. Like the above poster asked, any tips?
 
Well, I just like sports a lot, so now instead of guessing at what play the team will call (particularly in football) I just pick what I would do in that situation. If there is a big turn over, I'd try to bomb it and score to keep the momentum, etc. Basketball, you just have to hope you can guess that one player that isn't a star and will have a great night.
