Can anyone tell me what game this is?

I bought it at a garage sale. There is a manual for Hero Quest and the cardboard box had Hero Quest written on it. When I look up Hero's Quest on ebay the game board doesn't look like what this one has nor do the figures.

So my question, is this a Hero Quest game or can anyone tell me what this is?

Heroscape.
Some of the figures might be expansion packs, but with that land, it looks like you've got a master set in there.
