Can Blockbuster credit be used at gamerush?

Alright, I have about $50 in credit on blockbuster gift cards but the problem is that mine doesn't really get new games in, so im sorta stuck. I was wondering if i could use them at gamerushes.

yup you got me, it just is a hassle to say, my family has my credit, etc. over and over again. All I want are some new games, and theres no way im paying cash for them
