Most office supply stores will carry them. When I worked at Office Depot, we sold at least three different models. Of course, the only people who ever bought them were drug dealers, but still, they sell them. Just be prepared to get dirty looks. Haha.

ok i live in canada. so amazon.com is no option generally. no credit card does make it hard. I also live in a small crappy town with nothing, only 1 office supply store and it sucks, it hardly carries bubble mailers. The only scale i could find here in town is one that only weighs 200 grams so pointless. they are the ones for small time drug dealers which most people are here that don't get a ncie scale from outside :) But unless a CAG person has an extra or something for a decent price i am going to have to order one from maryjanes in St.johns'NL which is quite pricey. I have a small one but it just isn't any good for packages like these ;)

This $11 Kitchen scale goes up to 5kg with nice reviews. I might get one of these myself, but actually for use in the kitchen as opposed to in your basement.
 
lol its not funny. i can buy the little ones for that type of stuff locally, but only up to 250g lol.

i am looking on dealextreme now this one, just got to see if they will ship to canada.
