can gamestop transport items (request) from other gamestops??

Heard several people saying gamestops will actually request items for customers from other stores? Wondering if there is any extra charge for this.

This would be good to find the hard to find items, rpg games, new discounted items that are not in stock at other stores, etc....

They can, but most associates are lazy and won't bother. Try to ask a manager. They generally care more.

There is no extra charge for this.

Tell them you'll reserve a game from them when it arrives and i'm sure the employee would be willing to do the transfer.

It's very YMMV. Getting them to request a game is just half the equation, the other half involves actually having the other store send the item.

I haven't had much luck with this. I've asked several times for several different games but have only gotten them to call twice and of that, only once did the game I request come in.

Anyone know if I can request an accessory to be shipped from one gamestop to another? I'm kind of buddy buddy with the guy by me if it helps lol

It is something they regularly do anyways, depending on store inventory and stock of other stores they ship stuff around. Doing a request isn't too much trouble if it's with in the district. If your trying to get stuff out of state or really far away that might might be YMMV.
