Can I get more content in PS home?

Sorry if this has been answered already, but I've been looking around for a while and can't find an answer, only guides on how to create accounts.

Anyway, I live in the EU which really limits the content I have available to me in PS home, if I create a US account, could I access things with my original account? And how?

you have to use a credit card or point card from the country in which your account is in.. for instance, if you made a US account, you would need a US credit card or US point card to add funds to the PSN account, and even then, you would only be able to access it from your US account, not your EU account.
