Can I pricematch the new EBGAMES ads

use the in store check 1st, sometimes it's not worth the hassle I tried PM'm this other time at Walmart, in one case the person working had no clue about their PM policies. Other times if there's a big line they won't bother and call to check if its in stock.

Yes, I believe there is a group of people who hang out just to go, wrong forum, say, call the store, and to try and be the first to post the Amazon DotD. Okay maybe not, but damn people, relax.

I was thinking this for newer games, but a lot of the games from the ad are probably long gone at my Wal-Mart, if they ever got them.
 
You can try, but YMMV. I know the local Best Buy stores won't do it because 'they open games and can sell for a discount' or whatever excuse they decide to use.


Circuit City and Sears are probably your best options.

Sears is great because they charge $5 less than the store they are price matching, at least the Sears I work at does. I am pretty sure it is a company wide policy though.
 
I can confirm Pricematching at Circuit City. Today I went down with a print out of the EB/GS 360 Games page and they price matched Quake 4 for 14.99$. Employee was lame but he called over the manager and it seemed like such a simple yes from him. EB/GS are drasically sold out of certain games especially Quake 4 for me...I called like 5 different local EB/GS's and all they could do is give me a Shelf New Copy...I hate that...its not new unless its wrapped in plastic...like my CC Quake 4 is :applause:!
