Can someone confirm this disc is the full game not a demo?

I bought a lot of PS1 games off of ebay, and in one of the cases there were 2 games. 1 being the PS1 game and then right beneath it was Resistance Fall of Man. It wasn't supposed to be in the auction so i got lucky. I haven't seen what the disc looks like so can someone who has it confirm that this is the full game and not a demo? It doesn't say demo or anything on it.

Also, if someone sees this who wants it PM me. You can have it for $12 shipped as I don't have a PS3.
