Can someone explain this whole "CAG in Training" and CAGiversary" etc to me

Right now im a CAG in training. I see others have different under their name, like CAGiversary, or some other stuff. how does it change? how do i get out of CAG in Training? Does it count by howmany posts are made, how many trades you do or how long you've been a member? PLMK, THX.
