Can someone please remove this negative feedback?

I sold a digital item and the buyer was impatient and couldn't wait 5 mins for me to send the item over. So he/she left me negative feedback and threatened to report over $4. Please remove it. The buyer has received the item.

i never threatend you , i asked for the account 5 times over 1,5 hours in a friendly way.... i even had paid you a bit more for the account...   well you never sent it even tho we were writing in all this time. you then asked me to leave positive feedback after almost 2 hours of writing which was when i left you negative feedback because i still didnt get the account i paid for.

you even left me retaliation feedback before you sent me the account.

if i sell something i make sure the buyer gets it asap or i explain why it will take some time, and i think most people are like that here. So i do think people should be warned from you if you dont even see your error ? 

its not a problem to wait but then please explain? taking money and not delivering or giving info is not very friendly.

and yes i asked for a refund "or give me the account now!", and then told you i will leave negative feedback, and then also said i am going to report you. but that all was after about 2 hours of you not sending the account even tho we were exchanging messages and you were on many times.
