Can you cancel someone's bid on your item?

I was wondering if you could cancel someone's bid because some guy who just bid on one of my auctions for a dreamcast I am selling says he can't pay.

I just listed it today and he sent me this message:


hey i cant buy this item because i ran out of money so i dont know what you want to do alright



He sounds retarded, none the less, I sent him a reply asking him to use the retract a bid form.

It doesn't sound like he knows what he is doing so is there a way I can cancel it myself?

Yeah, use the Cancel bids placed on your listing link.

Then put his screenname on your blocked bidder list so he doesn't go back and bid on your auctions again. This is the type of user that will win an auction, then e-mail you saying he doesn't have all the money now and wants to work out some sort of payment plan.
