the return instructions do not explicitly say you cannot not return them in store.

I accidentally bought 2 phoenix wrights, and Im too cheap to pay return shipping.

Yes, I returned a game that was cracked down the middle from their website.
The piss ant manager could not figure out how to do it even though he had a manual.

I bought them for 25% off but he could not figure out how to return them correctly so he just gave me full value for the games on a card. I ended up gettig half my order and shipping for free.
 
I returned an online purchase to B&M couple of weeks ago. Just bring your packing list (which has the price and order date) and the item.
 
thanks guys but I was actually not able to return them to the store.

a packing list was not included in my package at all!!!

only a return label with my order and order# on it (there is no date or bar code on it)

this was the case in both my gamestop AND ebgames order, what the hell?!?!

I guess I'm paying shipping then...
