Can you use the Guncon 2 with PS1 games like Time Crisis and Point Blank?

no, since it only has a USB interface. you can buy third party guns that are compatible with both though, and guncon1s work on some PS2 guncon2 games.

Yea but if you play the PS1 games on the PS2 then can you play them like usual?

No, the ps1 game will not detect the guncon2 b/c it is not using the controller port, which the original guncon was meant to use.
