the xbox 360 should be dropping in price by early august, according to a Microsoft rep I just spoke to. The price drop seems to be coinciding with the release of games like Madden 08 and Bioshock, not to mention the pending release of Halo 3 and GTA IV.

Damn. I was hoping for the elite to drop so I have some garuntee on the parts, you know, not frying.

But alas, I must purchase the Premium.

Same, I am a big fan of Halo, but there are only two things that I really like out of the bundle:

· Halo 3 Special Edition Gamer Pics & Theme (Exclusive Download Via Xbox Live)
· Component HD AV Cable
· Ethernet Cable
· HDMI Port
· Play & Charge Kit
· One-Month Lbox Live Gold Membership

And that doesn't warrant me spending an extra $50 bucks.

So the premium is $399 USD and $399 CAD? I thought companies noticing our rising dollar was stuff you heard in fairytales D:
