Forza 3 is $35 at EB, but the games come in a single case. ODST I believe is under $8 at EB, and $30 at Blockbuster (if it's not banned).

I believe the deal (according to the RFD thread) is for the Spring Elite Bundle which has a 120GB HDD and not a 250GB HDD. Either way though it is an excellent deal if you don't have an Xbox 360 and don't mind an older model and don't need wi-fi (or an SSID port).
