Alright, the Americans have a wiki page with all the EB Games trade-in values and I figured we might as well start one for the Canadian EB. It's good reference for if we ever want to sell our soul or maybe take advantage of loopholes in their promos! I'll try and keep the list updated as much as possible.

If you have info to add, please do so in the following format:
*Game Name - $# - Month Day, Year
For example:
*Sonic Mega Collection - $8 - September 29th, 2006.

Group them by system please!

My bad! How frigging hard is it to find a DS game that is 8$+ TIV.
I saw Meteos at EB used for the first time ever this weekend and they sell it for 35$. It's one of the most wanted game, it should soooo be over 8$....
 
Has anyone traded into FS recently (i.e. this week)? I tried to today but they said all their systems across the company were acting weird? That plus the disappearance of TIVs on futureshop.ca makes me think something is going on?

Probably for the best and leaving it to EBG, but you never know. I personally don't like FS's trade in business, but maybe it's just me.

I traded Red Bull To Futureshop... so much of a pain, had to wait for some authorization code from manager to get the transaction through for giftcard, and then I was refused to use a Kellogg's coupon at the cash register so I left without buying the Wii Wheel I planned to buy with Kellogg +$3.60 credit + some cash... so much time wasted!

Lack of knowledge, they were saying it's a mail-in rebate I had to mail myself, even if it's clear it's not when you read it. The cashier ALMOST gave it to me (manually adjust price of item), but then the supervisor arrived and told him to stop.

They have a futureshopcares.ca survey (I had codes because of my trade-in receipt) and I told them what I thought about their staff training and knowledge. Galeries d'Anjou Futureshop is a hit-or-miss place for Kellogg's Coupon.

I might try elsewhere some other day, but after having 3 cashiers dumbfounded and 1 supervisor, I had enough and I left.

Thanks for the info. I am thinking this has to do with the crew of parents wanting to buy games for their kids for Christmas. EB wants to replenish their used games selection for titles parents will want to buy. Makes sense to me.

Thanks for the info. I had no problem at EB using my Kellogg's coupon for Wii Fit Plus... the thing was I wanted to use my $3.60 FS credit (EB was giving $0.90 for Red Bull BC one DS) + $5 Kellogg's coupon for a Wii Wheel, so that's why I wanted to go to FS.

I was also able to use Kellogg's coupon at Wal-Mart.

I don't know why I still go to FS. Trading games there is a true hassle and their cashiers are not trained to do anything.

I brought the copy of inFamous I got from BestBuy to EBgames, and it scanned at 15 bucks...this can't be right, it was at $40 a few days ago. Then I noticed...they scanned the BestBuy bar code sticker that was on the back, odd! I only realized this once I took it to BBV.

The Wii Fit value dropped today if it did drop, as of yesterday it was still trading in at 24.50.
