[Canada] Maxi&Cie $3 video game Clearance YMMV

I was in Maxi&Cie on Côte-des-Neiges, Montreal, and I saw they had a bargain bin with pretty old games on clearance, since they're renovating and getting rid of the electronic section.

I remember seeing a thread about RCSS and Loblaws/Maxi&Cie having games on clearance, but not at this price! The bin said "everything $5", but they all scanned at $3, here are some of the games I scanned/bought:

-SingStar Amped (PS2)
-SingStar '80s (PS2)
-SingStar Pop (PS2)
-NHL 09 (360) - about 20 left for each console, but PS3 version scanned at 10 bucks, weird!
-Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 (Xbox)
-Jackass (PS2)

Also saw some Viva Pinata 360 faceplates for $2.50, might be even cheaper! Also, SingStar songs are $1.50 each on the SingStore, you're basically getting 30 on each disc for the price of 2! If you own a PS3 version of SingStar, these PS2 versions will work with your PS3, BC or not, thanks to disc swapping through the magical update the game got!

Keep in mind this is a huge YMMV as most Maxi stores don't even have video games anymore, hope someone else can get a few cheap games!

Of course they're not brand new games, but I saw a few threads in the Request a Deal section asking for deals on SingStar games. This allowed me to complete my collection and they're pretty much the cheapest I've seen for these games (some are 10-15 bucks at The Source, but often OoS), figured I'd share with the others.
