There's been a bunch of pretty decent price drops, so I thought it might be useful to summarize here.

Its available in Canada just hard to find. I saw it at my local Superstore. Also got Microplay to order me in my copy
 
Saints Row 2 and Smackdown Vs. Raw 09 are the same price on both the 360 and PS3.

Killzone 2 and Metallica Guitar Hero are both $45 on PS3, not sure on other consoles.

It should be in there since I got my copy of the game from EB for 20 bucks; it was their only copy but they had it.
 
Thanks for the heads up on Saint's Row 2. Buddy and I have been eying that for the co-op, now seems like a good of time as any to pick it up.
 
AC4A has been that price for quite a few weeks now.. at first I thought it was a price error but it seems pretty cheap at most stores now.
 
The Simpsons Game (X360) and Dead or Alive Extreme 2 are $10 in the clearance bin if you can find them too.

Picked up Bots and The Simpsons Game on my last visit... Looks like I need to go back for Saints Row 2 and CoD 4 though. :)

And as for Raiden Fighters Aces, I did see it in the clearance bin... Is it worth picking up? I had never heard of it before Goomba mentioned it.
 
Picked up the last copy of COD4:GOTY at the Bathurst/Centre WM location. Didn't really see anything else of interest. Motorstorm: Pacific Rift and Resistance 2 were $29.xx, but everyone already knows that heh
 
Confirmed at the McKenzie Towne Walmart in Calgary.

Raiden Fighters Aces - 18.84 in the BARGAIN BIN! at Walmart. Ridiculous.

Also saw PS3 - Warhawk in there too.

Head to Wal-Mart to get Raiden Fighters Folks.

It's three arcade overhead shoot emups for 20 bucks; that's more value than most full priced blockbusters!

I don't usually stop in at Walmart, but took a peek today. Found the following prices, all of which seemed very reasonable:

De Blob - $29
Deadly Creatures - $29
Skate It - $29

Somehow, seeing a decent game break that sub-30 barrier makes a huge difference to me. Given that retail for these titles seems to be lingering higher than that in most other locations, and that a quick search didn't bring up other threads, I thought it might be worth posting.

Are you sure KZ2 is $45? Last time I checked(saturday) it was 49.93 and I even picked it up but 45.00 is even sweeter.

Quite sure I saw it for $45.93, might have been $49.93 though I am not quite sure now. Still a good deal.
 
well i don't know if that is a good price for deblob but i do know that is a good game and im gonna definitely have to check it out also last time i was in wal mart they had a bunch of ds games for $18.xx don't think these were remarkable deals but they were good games

I also saw a bunch of DS titles going for $10... including a couple decent ones. Good chance to take a peek if you're a portable gamer. Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney seemed like the best pick, although I think another thread might've talked about that one.
 
What is the point of filling the bargain bins so they're overflowing? You can't even look past the first layer without a dozen games spilling to the ground

They actually do fit, but people pull them all out and make a huge pile rather than just browsing the titles on the spines. I guess people need to see the pictures!
 
Was Saints Row 2 in the bargain bin or in the security shelf since at Markville walmart, it's still sitting in the security shelf at $59.99.

On the shelf. The CE Edition is $58.99, but the regular was clearly marked $29 at both Walmart locations near me.

must be ymmv . i went to my local wal-mart today and there was no bargain bin at all. checking behind the glass and there wasn't really any significant price drops i thought as well. *shrug* dissapointing
 
Hmm, there's usually a bin somewhere in the store. It's always there, filled with crap mostly. But I suppose there could be some YMMV locations without one.

Yeah they'll all fit if the bin is setup to be one or two layers. But I seriously saw one the other day that was 2 feet deep :roll: It was just ridiculous, the thing was overflowing at least 6 inches too...

Totally worth posting, thanks! I've been waiting for Deadly Creatures to price drop. And my nephew loves de Blob.
 
Thanks for the post. I managed to pick up The Simpsons game for $10. I rented it a while ago and really enjoyed (most of) it, so I figured it was worth the money. Thanks for the heads up on this.

I didn't see much else there. I saw LOTR Conquest on 360 for sale... but I can't remember if it was 29.00, 34.00, or 39.00. Hmmm.... (ooops, bad memory)

Deadly Creatures wasn't marked down yet, so the guy was surprised when he scanned it.
 
Thankies. Picked up Battlefield Bad Company (360) and Ninja Gaiden Sigma (PS3) for me. Picked up Saints Row 2 (PS3) and Call of Duty 4 (PS3) for friends. All but Saints Row still have copies left at Lougheed. Saints Row might be left but it's scattered around somewhere. Didn't see it though.
 
'cuz you said $20 or bust in the other threads for games ;) But in all honesty it was pretty hard finding it. It was with its spine out only and scattered in with some other games. No price on it. Friend had been looking for a good price for a while so it's a good thing this thread gave me a heads up!

Motorstorm Pacific at my local walmart here in Nova Scotia ( Bayers Lake ) i seen it as $29.83 plus tax ... and it's my first time seeing it for that price and it was on a large piece of paper under neath the game so i'm not entirely sure if that said As Advertised or not but i didn't see the recent flyer either so i'm not entirely sure .. but the Resistance had the same paper under neath that game for $29.83 as well bo it's probably a reduced price.
 
Wow, Armored Core for $10 is definitely a deal. If someone could find one of those at their local WM, I'd gladly pay for the game + shipping + a little extra for the effort! Was it Armored Core 4, or Armored Core: For Answer?
 
just came back from wal-mart and guitar hero metallica is $35.00 on the wii (360/ps3 were $45.00) also spotted star wars clone wars: lightsaber duels for $29.00 on the wii
