i was just about to buy dead rising so 9.99 for cod2 doesn't sound too bad. any other info on this?

F*CK!!!!!!!!!!! I got SC:DA the day it came out for Canada (18th) from EBGAMES for $70. Best Buy here in Vancouver didn't sell SC:DA until the 19th. If only I waited a few days then I would save around $70 since at BB it's $59.99 + free 1 year Xbox Live Gold membership (cost $59.99) which I need!

I still need to get a new gold membership, maybe I'll buy SC:DA from BB and give the game to my poor friend. I need the xbox live gold membership, so it's like I get Splinter Cell DA for free!!! :applause: :lol:

Umm... I think you have that flipped. The US dollar is not as strong as it once was, but it's still worth more than the Canadian Dollar. So 59.99 Canadian = 53.32 US. It's actually quite worth it, but I don't believe it can be done.

Their website says my store (Windsor) is sold out of Call of Duty 2 currently....I'm gonna keep checking the rest of the week (Kameo and CoD2 for $45 looks mighty tempting to me).
 
That's what I thought it should be, same with Ridge Racer 6 (which is $35 online), I should really just go down to the store at some point this week.
 
went and picked up the game, they were out of live and cod2 but i got them on rain check.

Came out to 67 dollars with tax. Hell of a deal for 170 dollars worth of stuff. And SC DA was 10 dollars cheaper than eb

Alright, today I'm gona make my way down to New Westminster's Mall by 22nd skytrain station where they have Wal-Mart, Best Buy, and EBGAMES all in one area. I already got Splinter Cell: Double Agent from EBGAMES few days ago. I'm gona get SC:DA from BB and get the 1 year free XBL gold membership. Then take the SC:DA that I bought from BB and return it to EBGAMES as if it's the same game LMAO. And there I have it, saves $10 and get a FREE 1 year XBL Gold LOL (got this idea from Robzilla). I'm also gona check if Wal-Mart there have DOA4 for $18.93 or not. If it's $18,93 and they dont have it in stock, then I can just go to BB across from Wal-Mart and say Wal-Mart have it for $18,93 and that BB have to give me it for that price LOL! Oh man, I can't wait.
 
let me know how this works guardianflash, for a free year of live, I might just drive up to vancouver. Think they would sell me splinter cell w/ the 12 months, and then walk out the store, turn around, and return it? I'm from bellingham in the states, so I would have to return it the same day. I might be going up there anyway for all you can eat sushi on Oak street.
 
I just came back from BB, EB, and WM, it worked! At the checkout, they just hand you the 12 month free Xbox Live Gold Membership when you buy SC:DA. They don't have the game at the shelves except the box, all you do is go up to the cashier and tell them that you want to get SC:DA and they'll have it right there along with the free XBL gold. They don't scan the free 1 year XBL gold membership or anything, they just ask you do you want it. So you can just walk in and get SC:DA with the free 1 year XBL, and then return the game and keep your free gift. In my case, I already got SC:DA from EBGAMES for $69.99, so I bought SC:DA from Best Buy($59.99), took the free XBL thing, then went over to EBGAMES and freakin returned the game I bought from BB to EBGAMES for full amount!!!

By the way, I was at Wal-Mart and they didn't have DOA4. They do have a bunch of Xbox games for $18.93.

They actually ran out of copies for both the 12 month sub. AND COD2, so I asked them (actually told them) to put me on the restock list so when they come in, Ill get both, which they promptly did.
