[Canada] Xbox 360 Elite $249.99 Loblaws

If anyone is looking for a not bad price on a Xbox 360 Elite w/ Lego Batman & Pure bundle, I noticed it's $50 off the reg. $300 price at Loblaws. Seen a few at Loblaws Gloucester Centre.
Considering an Arcade model is $200, it's an alright deal.
I wonder if this price will hold up until the next 'Save the taxes' weekend,

Loblaws is the parent chain to Real Canadian Superstore. Here in Ontario, we have both, but I guess out west it's only RCSS.
