Can't make a thread in Master Trade Lists forum

I can't seem to make a new thread in the Master Trade Lists/Trade Your ____ Here forum. When I try to I get a page telling me I don't have permission. I've been registered since '08 and I made a thread in another forum just a few weeks ago. If anyone knows what's going on I'd appreciate an explanation. Thanks.
