Capture Card Help

Please don't spend that much on a capture card. I've been looking at quite a few capture cards lately, as I just bought an HD PCI card. But if all you're recording is SDTV, you shouldn't need more than a $20 card. Check monoprice.com. They had one for about $20 or so. I have a simple USB capture card for SD video, and it works just fine. It also came with an antenna to pick up OTA signals.
