In Arizona if you are involved in an accident, how long does the increase in insurance premium last? Cant get exact details as yet. Thanks.

Depends on the insurance company. Some won't raise it, some might raise it for a few years, some might just drop you. You'd have to ask your insurance company.

I think for most AZ auto insurance companies, it stays on record for 3 years; would be best to check from your insurance agent or DMV.
