CAGiversary!
As a gift idea for a special friend of mine, I was going to settle on the Chameleon case mod for the Wii made by XCM.

-His preference though, would be to have the colors cycle more slowly than the slowest setting offers.- Here's a video of it in action for reference: http://youtube.com/watch?v=pqGxqKMUhNE
I don't really know much about the inner workings of the mods myself, and the contact form seems to be slow in replying to me, so I figured I'd ask here.
As for me, I was going to go with the Hot Rock mod, which is essentially the Chameleon but it lacks a purple color, and any manual color selection. The color output is always linked to the readout of the digital thermometer. If I could modify it so it can function differently and also include purple, then I would get that for myself in a heartbeat. Here's what that particular mod looks like:
Here's a complete video of that one at work: http://youtube.com/watch?v=d0b9cI982Lk
Also, there didn't seem to be any thread at all about case mods, so here it is. It was a tough choice between these and the chrome case from the same maker.
Of course, if anyone knows where to find these kits at lower prices than the ones, I'm seeing, then information there would be great, too...
