Yes, normally they send you a large bubble mailer or box depending on the size of your order. Inside there will be a prepaid shipping label with instructions.
Do I have to wait for the shipping supplies?
No, you can choose a different shipping method on the check out page. They are listed below:
1. Free Prepaid Shipping (We send you the shipping supplies along with a prepaid label.)
2. Free Prepaid Shipping without Supplies (Package and send the games yourself to get your cash faster! A prepaid label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.)
3. Ship It Yourself! (Package and ship the games yourself. The bill is on you but you get your cash faster!)
What's the fastest way to get paid?
Pick shipping method 2 or 3 listed above to receive your cash A LOT faster.
Will I be charged for shipping if one of my games is rejected and my quote falls under $30?
No.
Can I add games I don't have to my order to make my quote exceed $30 to get free shipping?
No. If you are missing games and your quote falls below $30, they will deduct the shipping charges from your quote.
How long does it take to receive my shipping supplies?
This really depends on where you live. I hear it can take up to 5 business days for East coast customers.
I applied the coupon code and it didn't work, what do i do?
Just message them, they're pretty cool about this stuff and will add the bonus percentage to your order.
The game I want to sell isn't on their site, why?
They either do not buyback that particular game or it's listed differently than your search (EX: you search for Final Fantasy VII and it's listed as Final Fantasy 7).
Is there anyway I can sell a game that isn't listed to them?
They are planning to add a "Make Your Own Quote" section soon, but until then just message them and they usually add the game to their site within 24 hours.

I don't know, but I've seen values increase and decrease every week or so.
Is there a limit to how many games I can trade in?
You can trade in 10 copies of the same game per platform.
Can I trade in games that say "Not for Resale" on the back?
Yes, there are no penalties for this.
I want to trade in a disc only game, but the price goes down to $0.00. What gives?
They are planning to update their site to accept disc only games soon. Until then, just message them and they will give you a personalized quote.
The label on my cartridge game is faded, will there be a deduction?
No, deductions are only made for games in horrendous condition. As I've said before, they're really lenient and don't make deductions often.
Do Trade-in bonuses apply to accessories and consoles too?
Yes, they apply to your entire order!
My Collector's/Limited Edition Game is missing some bonus items, will it be rejected?
It really depends on who inspects your games. Some inspectors will give a minor deduction and some inspectors won't. They are usually pretty lenient on this stuff though.
I don't have the DLC or online code for my game, will there be a deduction?
Nope! You only need to include the criteria requirements (excluding collector's/limited edition games).
My game is greatest hits, platinum hits, etc., will there be a deduction for this?
No.
If I locked in a trade online, and the value drops, will I still get the locked in value when I mail it in?
Yes! It says on the site that the package should be post marked within 7 days or receiving your prepaid label or submitting your order (depending on the shipping method you choose), but it's normally locked in and guaranteed.
Are there any fees for using this service?
There is a $1.50 processing fee if you choose to receive a mailed check and PayPal charges their regular fees if you choose to be paid via PayPal. Other than that there are no other fees!
