I've ordered from them before and the only caveat is that they are in NY & Canada -- so some editions end up being bilingual (English & French). It looks like that may be the case with these (extra text around the ESRB ratings is a giveaway).

French canadian releases have French text on them sometimes, that or they have two different (one english one french/english) in the same package

It's still the same NTSC release.

I'm not so sure the french text on the cover means it's a different release. The pictures on both Newegg and Amazon show french text as well. Also, newegg currently has it at $19.99 with free 2 day shipping.
