CC mess up, will they honor it?

I was browsing through my weekly ad, and notice under the 2 for 15$ deal on DVD's, and if u look closely in the pile it has a movie that has not been released yet, Assault on Precent 13, I also found the ad on their website

If it's printed in the ad, they have to honor it. Now, what they can do is withhold the stock and not issue a raincheck, making it a moot point anyway.

Avg person shouldn't think that, but unfortunately they probably do. I wish I had a dime for everytime someone asked me if that was the sequel to Training Day...no lie.

The version in question is the original one directed by John Carpenter, not the recent remake with Ethan Hawk.
