CC protection plan product code for 360?

I know when most of you guys here the words Circuit City you cringe, but I purchased my 360 year ago + and now its giving me the red lights.. So I went to CC today only to be told by the Manager to send it in and fill out a form online. I need the Product code for the protection plan that covers the 360. It starts with CAV..
I don't know if they consider a 360 a small ticket item or not to use RPPV3. Hmmm

https://www.ccaprotectionplan.com/rppih/index.jsp this link has directions on how to file a claim. It's pretty easy to do but it takes a long ass time for CC to mail out the giftcard.
