If you are purchasing a game you must send payment first, through paypal with fees included if you are using a credit card and not a bank account.
I respond quickly and ship in the same manner. I ship via. Priority w/ delivery confirmation. I expect the same.
Also all of my games are in perfect condition w/ box and manual unless otherwise noted.
