CD+Plus (Saturn) ? What does it do?

IMPORTANT QUESTION: Anyone know if a CD+Plus cart for saturn will allow the playage of burned discs? or imports?

What does it do? I might get one.

I think...emphasis on the think... that the CD+ cart is to allow playing of imports on a PAL Saturn system.

From what I learned in another thread in this forum, no import cart type thing will allow the playing of cdr's, only imports. To play cdrs, you need to use a swap trick method, or get a modchip.
