I just read on Amazon (of all places) that CD Projekt is going to offer replacement sculptures to all people who had a damaged one in their Witcher 2 Collector's Edition. Go to the forum post below and sign up to get yours. They will also be sending some kind of bonus surprise as an apology for the inconvenience. I hope that can send me a replacement plastic housing for the inside as well, as mine as all torn up :S
