I've tried viewing the thread in both Chrome and Firefox, and get the same result: http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=195608

Notice the line...

"These aren't cheap products -- Sidewinder mouse"

Then click quote (or if you're a mod, edit) and notice what I actually wrote is...

"These aren't cheap products -- 2x Wireless Desktop 6000s and one Sidewinder mouse"

The exact same thing happens in #9, where only "I went with a G5 mouse ($45)" appears, although I typed more than that. What I typed only shows when I click edit or quote.

What gives?

It may be a new bug in the site. At least one of darthbudge's posts in the piracy thread got cut off (it's quoted here, before he edited it) and no one had any idea as to why, so you're not the only one.

It's nothing intentional...it's a glitch.
We will look into it.

It's definitely related to creating links.

well since we are reporting glitches, in chrome when you click "show spoiler" there is no "hide spoiler" button. It just stays as show spoiler.
