chances this is fake/pirated/sketchy?

He hasn't received any feedback in regards to it being bootleg or fake, and from the looks of his history he seems to actually own a B&M store, and this stock is part of his inventory from his store, so that could explain the crazy large quantities of movies he has for sale.

Seems legit, so I'd say go for it as long as you don't mind it doesn't come with the slipcover, or a digital copy.

 
From reading his negatives, it seems that the movies he sells are formal rentals and may have stickers and whatnot on the case/disc.

 
Could be one of those copies that guys sell at the flea market.

You know the ones, the Chinese knockoffs that are really good quality except it's called "RON MAIN 3" on the title screen.

 
Message the seller and ask, no harm in that.

That way if it is sketch you have proof if he lies via the message.
