Pardon me if I'm being stupid here and am missing something, but I need some help with the chatpad. I just bought the messenger kit with the chatpad and headset. I plugged it into my controller, pretty much as far as it possibly can go. Don't see how I can possibly get it to plug in any farther than it already is. But it's not working. I'm not able to type anything with it. Am I doing something wrong, or is my chatpad just defective?
