cheap arcade controller for PS3?

I'm looking for a low price controller because I bought Skull Girls and Persona 4 Arena. Doesn't have to be fancy. I never owned a stick, so I don't have any expectations. I'm not really comfortable spending more than $50.

Do you mean like an arcade fight stick? The WWE All-Star Brawl Stick is $19.99 at Gamestop and $39.99 at Amazon. I got Best Buy to price match Gamestop's price but it's YMMV because it's out of stock everywhere.

It's an ok stick but you have to pay for quality. It's easily modded if you'd want to do that. I hear the stick is pretty poor. A Sanwa stick and 8 buttons come out to around $50. So for $70 you can have a top notch stick.

Brawl Sticks are hard to find now, and with $40 at Amazon, the OP is better off waiting for a $90 stick from Amazon Warehouse.
