This isn't a site, at least not anymore, for "cheap" gamers. Cheapy and Ship are both so far beyond being frugal or "cheap" that it's ridiculous. It's painfully apparent that the CAGcast is now just an obvious advertising vehicle instead of a funny video game podcast. I'll be going elsewhere from now on for accurate gaming information instead of half-baked, half-researched information from the CAGcast. I'll also stick to Reddit for my deals, likely the same place CAG gets theirs...

If you listen to any of the live podcasts, it's obvious that the only member with any personality is Wombat, and funnily enough is the only one of the three that doesn't buy everything and anything on a whim...(though the blatant begging and whining for freebies during basically every show is annoying!)

It's sad that Cheapy is so "busy" with his life of video games, ping-pong and AppleTV that he can't even take the time to respond to a quick PM from a longtime site member! More like Cheapy doesn't even use this site and lets others post (do all the work) for him!

This site has/was always fueled by user-generated content.  Yes, as time has gone on, Cheapy has stopped interacting with the community as much as he used to. Not sure if it's just the site growing and him needing to put more attention to that or him swimming in his coin like Scrooge McDuck.  Doesn't matter, you would have had to fine with someone making money off of user-generated content from the start.  That has never changed.  

No offense to Cheapy, but I was never here because of him or the podcast, I was here for the deals and community, which has generally remained the same. 

Also, he responded to my emails when I was banned so he gets around to it, but like all of us, he has work and a life so it's not like he can drop everything he's doing to say "OMG A TEN YEAR MEMBER HAS PMED ME!  I MUST ADDRESS HIS INDIVIDUAL CONCERNS ASAP!"
