What are you looking to do with it.
Cause if you're not feeling like buying parts and putting it together yourself, you could always get a Dell. They usually have some pretty cheap ass computers. Though to play games you'd probably want to upgrade the graphics card.

The thing about abspc is that everything is retail. Ever have a problem, go to any store, buy any part and just throw it in there. You can't do that with any proprietary pc (Dell, HP, Gateway, Compaq).

Why is Tiger so bad? I used to get their catalog, but I've never bought anything from them.

Does ABSPC count as 'cheap ass?' Just browsing real quick, the cheapest I saw was 949, and it jumped real quick to 1499.
