Cheap-Ass Web Hosting

Any deals for cheap webhosting(less than $20/yr)? I want to make a simple website to show off my photoshop skills, and make some web templates and along the lines of that. So:

100mb - 200mb space
Enough bandwidth.
.Com Domain name
Mysql for forums
and Good uptime.

All For the lowest Price possible. ;)

Doteasy.com has 100MB + Domain for $25/year. I think they only have mysql available for an extra monthly fee. I'd be surprised if you can find a decent host that gives you all that you're looking for for less than $20/year.
 
hostpc.com Has good deals, I think you'll need to register your own domain address, but you can do that for cheap these days.

at $26.88 a year (beginner plan) at 1and1.com gets me:
1 domain name
5GB space
250GB traffic
too many email addresses

i haven't had any issues with them yet.

I have had many hosts over the years. So far, these guys have been the best (and cheapest, by far).
 
Coming in late here. Does 1and1 (or any other web hosting services) have any easy to use tools to build a website? I'm quite the newb in that area.
