Cheap Broadband?

Sonic.net is what I'm currently using, and it's pretty good. It's not the cheapest broadband out there, but it's probably the most reliable. I've been with them since January and my DSL connection has dropped only once, and of course the connection is fast. BTW, Sonic.net is only available to people living in California and Arizona.
 
I use sonic.net also. Try that or DSL Extreme. Both are good. Stay away from ATT would be my suggestion. Or if you want, you can get Comcast cable.
 
If you are planing to use the connection only for Gameplay then I suggest Verizon threw DSL by phone wire. It is a lot for less.

Then agan if your using the cable internet I suggest using the most cheapeast out there. The thing is with broad band some companies have a download limit even if the speed you get is really high. If you go over your limit then the conection will stop until next month or so.

So whatever the cheapest $10 $15 a month is go with that. Otherwise security is the next issue.
 
I am not sure if you have it in your area, but when I was at Circuit City they had an offer for Verizon DSL broadband, get this

768K DSL was 17.99 a month for a year

3 Megs was 17.99 for the first six months, 34.99 for the last 6 months and you get a $100 Circuit City gift card


768K = 17.99 x 12 = 215.88
3 Megs = (17.99 x 6) + (34.99 x 6) = 317.88 - $100 Gift Card = 217.88


And they give you the wireless router free of course after Rebate

I am probably going to do this
