i have an old toshiba regza with terrible built in sound. i'm not looking anything fancy or surround sound just i would like to watch a blu-ray or play my xbox/ps3 and not have it sound like poop.

i don't want to have a system just because its the cheapest but i'm on a pretty strict budget so definitely need it to be CHEAP but i could spare some cash to make sure it has a little quality.

any suggests you have are welcome, thanks.
